Q. Who is 1HOUSE.com?

A. 1House.com is a Limited Liability Company organized under the laws of New Hampshire. We are Real Estate Investors who have been involved in Real Estate for over 20 years and in New Hampshire since 1990..
1House.com is a member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) of New Hampshire, and Bert Cox is President and founder of the New Hampshire Chapter for the Real Estate Investors Association (NHREIA); an organization dedicated to education and networking for Real Estate Investors. Bert Cox is also licensed as an auctioneer in New Hampshire (#4016) and Massachusetts (#2718).

Q. What types of property do you buy?

A. We buy all types of property:
